Come and try out Garmin’s products for yourself! ** Participants may bring along their sports attire to test out Garmin’s products through a 2km run together with Serena Teoh! ** – optional Join this Special Talk to learn more about how wearable technology can benefit your overall well-being!Learn more about features such as VO2 max, body battery, stress levels, blood oxygen percentage (SPo2) and other connected widgets can give you insights about your fitness levels. Special guest appearance from Team Singapore and 2019 Philippines SEA Games women marathoner, Serena Teoh on how she prepares for her training runs and competitions. Speaker’s Profile:  Serena Teoh, SEA Games Marathoner. She was first introduced to swimming when she was eight years old to improve her health and fitness. Subsequently, she ventured into doing aquathlons. After relocating to Switzerland for work in 2014, the picturesque outdoors inspired her to join her first ever running club. In January 2019, Serena clocked 1hr 22min 7 sec and finished fourth at the Gran Canaria Half Marathon in Spain, setting a national record.
