As of now, Cycling Global and Cycling Singapore are not available on App store. However, you are more than welcome to come down to Shimano Cycling World to use the applications. Some of the information on Cycling Singapore, specifically the information on Park Connector Networks (PCN) is available on NParks website.

All of the antique bicycles are real and not replicas. They are shipped in from Shimano Bicycle Museum in Sakai.

Regrettably, none of the books here are available for loan out of Shimano Cycling World or purchase. However, you can always drop by to read the books in our space.

Absolutely yes! The Basic Bike Maintenance Workshop is ideal for anyone new to cycling as it equips you with basic knowledge like how to change inner tubes and tires.

The Basic Bike Maintenance Workshop is generally held on the last Sunday of every month. There will be two sessions, one at 11am and one at 5pm. Each session generally lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes. The sign up link will be posted here and also on our Facebook page Shimano Singapore at the start of each month.

At Shimano Cycling World, we do not offer any advanced bike maintenance classes.

Yes, we welcome anyone who can cycle independently to join us at this event.

Participants of Bike Cruise will cycle along Park Connector Networks (PCN) and hence it is safe for beginners to join as well.

Participants of Introduction to Bicycle Components and Spinning Class will cycle on stationary bicycles, also safe for beginners to join as well.

Most of the activities held at Shimano Cycling World are free, unless otherwise stated.

*All money collected will be spent on the activity and none of it will go to Shimano Cycling World.

We have provided guided tours for groups ranging from young children of three years old to corporate groups. The Guided Tours can be customised according to your preference. Drop us an email at scw@shimano.com.sg with more information like number of participants, the age group, the duration of the tour (optimum duration is 30-45mins).

Yes you can! We are always looking for new speakers, however, these talks have to be cycling related. Drop us an email at scw@shimano.com.sg with more details and you might just be our next speaker.

Shimano Cycling World operates as an experience centre and its aims include enriching and developing cycling culture in Singapore, promoting cycling as a lifestyle and also to increase awareness about the benefits of cycling.

Shimano Cycling World is Shimano’s first branded experience centre to promote cycling culture.

There are a number of bicycles racks available for the public outside Shimano Cycling World. In addition, there are more bicycle parking areas around the entire sports hub to make parking convenient for all. Shimano Cycling World also provides bicycle locks (first come first serve).

We certainly welcome you to Shimano Cycling World where you get to experience different cycling components on our exhibits. However, as Shimano Cycling World operates as an experience centre, there is no merchandising here. Please feel free to use our resources available in Shimano Cycling World to locate the bicycle shops or you can also get help from our friendly staff.

Regrettably, bicycle rental is not available in Shimano Cycling World.

Shimano Cycling World operates as an experience centre for any visitors to explore various touchpoints/exhibits to learn more about the history and technology of bicycles. There is no technical support available in Shimano Cycling World thus it is recommended for visitors to visit the bicycle shops to get their product fixed.
